The basic production phases of radiators are:

1. Manufacturing of tight steel trumpet armature.

2. Manufacture of casting of section of the radiator reinforced with a steel pipe.

3. A stump, cleaning, preparation of a surface of section of a radiator for painting.

4. Painting in the paint chamber a method electrostatic on-dusting.

5. Assembly of the battery with the given quantity sections and the circuit of connection to a heating network.

Steel radiators pass anticorrosive processing by a method phosphating.
