Types of radiators

The enterprise "Press" over 10 years is engaged in manufacture of highly effective compact radiators with modern design which meet the highest requirements showed to heating devices. Our radiators surpass many foreign models in durability and technological parameters, having thus lower cost. We make radiators of two types:

1. The aluminium, reinforced with steel pipe

2. The steel

The aluminium radiators reinforced with a steel pipe are issued in two variants of design:

   - flat

   - ridge

To see appearance of all radiators it is possible in the appropriate photos of aluminium flat, aluminium ridge and steel radiators.

The flat and ridge radiators concerning a class of aluminium radiators, reinforced with a steel pipe, have wide sphere of application. They are suitable for installation in buildings of any purpose - inhabited, industrial, including high-altitude up to 40 floors. Radiators are capable to maintain high working pressure - up to 18 atm., and also sharp above permitted standard pressure jumps. The question of reliability of heating devices of enterprise "Press" from the point of view of corrosion is removed completely. Radiators can be maintained without damage more than 40 years, not demanding special preparation of water for heating system (clearing, decrease of acidity). Small weight of radiators simplifies works at installation and transportation. The low thermal inertness being consequence of small weight and volume of water in the device, promotes fast start of a radiator in operation and effectively allows to adjust temperature in a heated room, essentially saving thermal energy. Due to small depth - 90 mm, - radiators of enterprise "Press" are easily entered in any interior, creating in a room a cosiness and is warm.

The steel radiator has a united weld construction that allows to use a radiator in systems with the aggressive heat-carrier (tosols, pairs). By development of steel radiators experts of enterprise "Press" were guided by necessity of creation of the inexpensive domestic heating device maintaining a high pressure in system, undemanding to quality of heated water and having modern design. The basis of a radiator is made with the welded trumpet skeleton executed from horizontal collectors and vertical pipes in internal diameter of 22 mm. Outside the trumpet skeleton is closed by steel panels. 

The internal and external surface of a radiator passes anticorrosive processing by degreasing and phosphating. Painting is carried out by a method electrostatic on-dusting. Steel radiators are issued with interaxal distance 300, 400 and 500 mm, thermal capacity of one section accordingly makes 90, 100 and 115 wt. The given type of radiators also is intended for any systems of heating of inhabited and industrial rooms. Working pressure - 18 atm. At cost is much cheaper than similar bimetallic radiators, having thus attractive modern design. Do not demand special preparation of water. Are easily mounted in uniform heating system.
