Molding by gasmodels is recommended to models instead of
molding in single sandy forms with clay liquid-glass and pitch binding, and in some cases - instead of
molding on sucelted models.
This way of molding provides an opportunity of manufacturing
casting with the dimensional accuracy appropriate 12-14 class
quality and 3-4 class of a roughness of a surface.
The basic advantages of a way of molding by
gasmodels are:

High dimensional accuracy due to exception foundry
slants and a socket of forms.

The minimal allowances on machining.

Absence of cores. -
Absence of necessity for sites the
preparing of earth. -
Decrease reduction in comparison with other ways of
molding of the charge of materials and the electric power, increase up to
75% the output of suitable metal and up to 90% the operating ratio of
metal.
This way of molding provides manufacturing shaped
castings from black and color alloys without restrictions under the form and a design of a product.
As modelling structure beaded polystyrene is used.
A forming material is untied quartz sand.
Anti-burn covering of models are water-soluble suspensions with various fire-resistant
fullings (zircon, disten-sillimanit, marshallit, permit etc.) serve depending on a material of casting.
An auxiliary material is glue for claying models.
For manufacturing models are used aluminium
pressforms.
For forming of models are used vacuum opoca.
